Advanced Finance Report Guide

English user guide · Updated 24 September 2026

Where to open: Expenses → Expense Reports → Advanced Financial Analysis (Giderler → Gider raporları → İleri finans analizi). Administrator access is required.

Using these reports

  1. Open the page described below in the active company and select the report. Card and expense report selection runs the report automatically.
  2. Choose the date range and any direction, warehouse, currency or VAT controls actually shown. A control is available only where the report supports it.
  3. Read the summary, chart, detail table and calculation notes together. Narrow the period if the report warns about a row limit; do not treat incomplete evidence as a complete total.
  4. Use linked source documents where provided to investigate a value. Opening or reading a report does not change the source records. Saved analytical inputs, snapshots, allocations and journals are separate explicit actions.

Amounts, quantities, percentages and days are different measures. Use the currency and unit printed beside the value; do not assume that every number is TRY. Missing or unknown is not zero. On a phone, use the report selector and scroll a wide table within its own area. Browser Find can locate a report title on this page.

Company-wide scope and setup

These six reports use the whole company; the expense-card/group selection does not narrow them. In the panel, create the required definitions and measurement records, save them, then select the report. Definitions include annual budgets and order links, fixed/variable activity plans, allocation drivers, contracts and counterpart-company mappings.

Definitions are versioned; cash snapshots and exported/imported company packages retain their saved evidence. These analytical records do not automatically create ledger entries or rewrite product costs. Saved cash forecasts use their own weekly horizon rather than an unrelated date filter.

Available Budget Including Commitments

Example: subtract both spending and linked open commitments before using the remaining budget.
Example: subtract both spending and linked open commitments before using the remaining budget.

Purpose and method. Define the annual cost-centre budget and link outstanding purchase orders to it. Available budget subtracts year-to-date recorded expense and linked current open purchase commitments.

Interpretation and next step. Unlinked orders are shown separately rather than silently charged to a budget. Confirm that the annual budget, expense and order mapping cover the same centre before approving more spending.

Expense Variance at Actual Production Volume

Purpose and method. Define fixed cost, variable cost per activity unit and measured activity. The flexible budget is fixed cost plus variable rate times actual measured activity.

Interpretation and next step. The report separates the volume effect from the remaining spending variance. Activity is a recorded user measurement, not automatically equivalent to production output; use consistent units and complete measurements.

Detailed Overhead Allocation

Example of a documented 60/40 allocation. The allocated shares preserve the original amount.
Example of a documented 60/40 allocation. The allocated shares preserve the original amount.

Purpose and method. Define allocation drivers such as floor area, energy, headcount, hours or compatible quantity. Distribute a source centre's cost to the target centres or products.

Interpretation and next step. Shares preserve the monetary total including rounding, and the source is not counted twice. Cycles/chained misuse are blocked. This analytical distribution does not itself post a journal or overwrite stock cost.

Off-Contract and Off-Order Spending

Purpose and method. Record supplier/item contracts with validity dates, currency and net base-unit prices. Review expense purchases for missing or ambiguous matches and contract-price overruns.

Interpretation and next step. A missing relationship is an evidence gap, not automatic misconduct. Check the contract dates, currency, item and order linkage before classifying a purchase as unauthorized.

Cash Forecast versus Actual

Schematic only: observed history is distinct from the uncertain future; no numerical forecast is implied.
Schematic only: observed history is distinct from the uncertain future; no numerical forecast is implied.

Purpose and method. Save a forecast snapshot, selecting collection/payment percentages and delay assumptions. Compare its own weeks with subsequent TRY cash/bank movements; use a new snapshot for changed assumptions.

Interpretation and next step. The model uses open invoices, cheque/note maturities and a weekly share of annual budget. Avoid overlap between invoiced expenses and budget. Incomplete weeks have no final variance; beyond-horizon unknown payments can leave net cash unknown. Saved snapshots are immutable.

Totals after Intercompany Elimination

Purpose and method. Map each participating company's counterpart accounts, export packages for the same period and import them into the comparison. Matching reciprocal sales/purchases and receivables/payables can be eliminated.

Interpretation and next step. Missing packages and mismatches stay visible. Packages are user-supplied and not digitally signed. This is not statutory consolidation: ownership/minority interests, unrealized inventory profit and foreign-company translation are not provided.

If a result is missing or unexpected

Check the active company, card/group, date range and supported filters. Read any missing-source, unit, cost or row-limit notice. Confirm that source documents and required analytical definitions exist and that you have access. Do not replace an unknown value with zero or enlarge a partial result into a company total.
