English help for stock/group, customer/supplier, expense, advanced finance and the added corporate reporting views. Select a guide, then use Contents or browser Find to reach a report. Turkish menu labels are included so you can locate the report while using the Turkish interface.

Stock and Group Report Guide

Stock card → Reports (Stok kartı → Raporlar). For a group, use Stock → main group/subgroup → group reports. · 34 report/view sections.

Customer and Supplier Report Guide

Customer/Supplier card → Reports (Cari kartı → Raporlar). Select the appropriate sales or purchase direction where offered. · 36 report/view sections.

Expense Analysis Guide

Expenses → Expense Reports (Giderler → Gider raporları). Select the expense cards/group, report and period. · 12 report/view sections.

Advanced Finance Report Guide

Expenses → Expense Reports → Advanced Financial Analysis (Giderler → Gider raporları → İleri finans analizi). Administrator access is required. · 6 report/view sections.

Financial Control and Planning Guide

Applications → Corporate → Financial Transaction Centre or Planning and Operations (Kurumsal → Mali İşlem Merkezi / Planlama ve İşletim). · 6 report/view sections.

Common terms

• Base unit: the unit used to store stock movement quantity, such as m, kg or pieces.
• FIFO: first-in-first-out, an assumption used where explicit movement or settlement evidence is unavailable.
• WAPE / MAE / bias: weighted absolute percentage error / mean absolute error / directional forecast error. Check the displayed sign convention for bias.
• DSO: days sales outstanding; an estimate of the receivables collection period.
• Snapshot: evidence saved at a point in time; later source changes do not rewrite that saved record.
