Financial Control and Planning Guide

English user guide · Updated 24 September 2026

Where to open: Applications → Corporate → Financial Transaction Centre or Planning and Operations (Kurumsal → Mali İşlem Merkezi / Planlama ve İşletim).

Using these reports

  1. Open the page described below in the active company and select the report. Card and expense report selection runs the report automatically.
  2. Choose the date range and any direction, warehouse, currency or VAT controls actually shown. A control is available only where the report supports it.
  3. Read the summary, chart, detail table and calculation notes together. Narrow the period if the report warns about a row limit; do not treat incomplete evidence as a complete total.
  4. Use linked source documents where provided to investigate a value. Opening or reading a report does not change the source records. Saved analytical inputs, snapshots, allocations and journals are separate explicit actions.

Amounts, quantities, percentages and days are different measures. Use the currency and unit printed beside the value; do not assume that every number is TRY. Missing or unknown is not zero. On a phone, use the report selector and scroll a wide table within its own area. Browser Find can locate a report title on this page.

Controls and permissions

Administrators configure second-user approval, amount authority and financial period locking during setup or later in administrator settings. These controls are disabled by default unless enabled. Manual administrator backup remains available independently of scheduled backup maintenance.

The following views depend on recorded sources, chart-of-account mappings, explicit settlements, cost evidence or planning definitions. Reports do not backfill historical journals. Posting, approval, reversal and backup creation are explicit actions with their existing permissions.

Dated Trial Balance

Evidence flow: inspect source, posted journal and account totals; reporting alone creates no journal.
Evidence flow: inspect source, posted journal and account totals; reporting alone creates no journal.

Purpose and method. Open Corporate → Financial Transaction Centre, define the chart of accounts and select the reporting date. Review debit, credit and account balances from the posted financial records.

Interpretation and next step. Historical business documents are not automatically journalized. A balanced trial balance checks arithmetic but does not prove every source was posted to the correct account; inspect the linked journal and source evidence.

Source, Account and Ledger Reconciliation

Evidence flow: inspect source, posted journal and account totals; reporting alone creates no journal.
Evidence flow: inspect source, posted journal and account totals; reporting alone creates no journal.

Purpose and method. Compare the source account movements with the financial journal/ledger relationships shown in the Financial Transaction Centre.

Interpretation and next step. Investigate missing, unposted or mismatched sources. Preparing and approving a journal are distinct actions; reading the reconciliation does not repair records automatically. Approval and period controls depend on administrator settings.

Explicit Open-Item Settlement

Example: only 400 TRY of a 1,000 TRY invoice has been settled, leaving 600 TRY open.
Example: only 400 TRY of a 1,000 TRY invoice has been settled, leaving 600 TRY open.

Purpose and method. Select real debit and credit movements for the same account and record full or partial settlement within the remaining amounts. Review residual balances and links.

Interpretation and next step. A settlement links existing amounts; it does not create a payment, discount or exchange difference. Supported collection/DSO analyses prefer explicit links and apply FIFO only to residual unmatched history.

Additional-Cost Flow into Stock and Sales

Example of a documented 60/40 allocation. The allocated shares preserve the original amount.
Example of a documented 60/40 allocation. The allocated shares preserve the original amount.

Purpose and method. In Corporate → Planning and Operations, select a recorded purchase additional cost. Review its allocation through actual movements and multilevel production into remaining inventory, sold goods, other issues and purchase returns.

Interpretation and next step. Negative stock, untraceable returns or missing production cost may stop the allocation with an explanation. Review evidence before choosing Transfer to Journal; that action prepares a separate financial entry and is not performed simply by opening the report.

Material and Capacity Due-Date Preview

Example: an order can be fully delivered and still be late against its promise.
Example: an order can be fully delivered and still be late against its promise.

Purpose and method. Define material lead times, machine workload and working calendars. Review the planned material availability and estimated completion date with the supporting shortages and capacity evidence.

Interpretation and next step. Shared components use a common stock allocation. Missing routing, time or subcontract data prevents a reliable date. The result is a preview, not a capacity reservation, purchase order or delivery commitment.

Backup and Restore Verification Summary

Purpose and method. In the operations area, review the backup package integrity and the restore summary for MAIN and EK1. Administrators can create a manual backup even when automatic backup maintenance is disabled.

Interpretation and next step. Decrypting a package and checking hashes is not the same as a completed database restore. The restore summary compares tables and row counts, not a content hash of every row. Configure and enable scheduled maintenance separately when needed.

If a result is missing or unexpected

Check the active company, card/group, date range and supported filters. Read any missing-source, unit, cost or row-limit notice. Confirm that source documents and required analytical definitions exist and that you have access. Do not replace an unknown value with zero or enlarge a partial result into a company total.
