HNR on the Phone — Pulse

HNR can be used on a phone (a screen under 7 inches) with three different interfaces. This guide introduces all three and explains the newest, Pulse, in detail: instead of hunting for a module, the state of the day and the work waiting for you come to you, and an action starts from the + button at the bottom.

1. Three interfaces for the phone

🖥️

Classic

The desktop layout. On a narrow screen the older responsive mobile shell opens: Home · Search · Open Apps.

🌱

Garden + Steps

A module grid (3D icons can be turned off); document entry in the steps Account → Lines → Summary; lists shown as cards.

💓

Pulse

"Status first, then action": the state of the day and pending work come to you; an action starts from the + button at the bottom centre.

Choosing the interface

You choose from the three cards under Settings › Appearance › Interface; inside Pulse, Me › Interface leads to the same place. While an unsaved form is open the switch is stopped and the warning "There are unsaved changes" appears — save or close the form first.

The preference is stored on this device, per user and company. When you sign in on a phone: if you are already in a mobile interface it is kept; if you are in Classic, you are switched to the mobile interface you last chose on this device (Garden + Steps if you never chose one).

Garden + Steps and Pulse open the same application screens (card-style tables, step-by-step document entry). The only difference is the home screen.

Example: Production Schedule (APS) opens on the phone in three steps — Summary (scenario indicator cards), Schedule (operation cards per machine or a read-only Gantt chart) and the four-step Delivery promise. The schedule is not changed on the phone; calculating, approving and drag and drop are done on the desktop. Details: Production Schedule (APS) › On the phone.

Work Centers opens on the phone in four steps — Summary (the summary boxes, "My jobs for today" and the mould life cards), Mould maintenance (mould → maintenance action → note → approval → result), Resource pool and a read-only Competence. An operator whose user is linked to an operator resource sees the operations assigned to them today in the official schedule. Details: Work Centers › On the phone.

Warehouse Operations opens on the phone with four tabs depending on permission: Pick · Count · In transit · Slotting. The picker picks a list from Lists assigned to me, or one taken from the pool with Claim and start, in three steps per line (1 Bin · 2 Item · 3 Qty); the counter scans bin → item → quantity in a blind count; In transit and Slotting are read-only. For camera scanning the phone must connect through the HTTPS address. Details: Warehouse Operations › Picking on the phone.

Consignment / Custody opens on the phone in three steps for the sales rep — Agreement (search for a customer or agreement), Stock at customers (balance cards and large action buttons) and Action. The consumption report has three steps of its own (1 Product and quantity · 2 Preview · 3 Invoice) and issues the invoice at the customer; returns, counts and period reconciliation are entered here too. Details: Consignment / Custody › On the phone.

2. Pulse — three screens

You move between screens by swiping sideways or from the bottom bar. The bottom bar: Pulse · Records · + · Me · Theme. The top strip shows the company, user, role and date, with the notification bell on the right and a permanent search box below — tapping the box switches to the Records screen. When the on-screen keyboard opens, the bottom bar hides. In Arabic, Urdu and Persian the layout is mirrored.

2a. The Pulse screen — "Where do we stand today?"

At the top there are three indicators that scroll sideways:

Indicator What it shows Permission needed
Cash and bank The balance total of all TRY accounts — the same set as the grand total of the Bank screen. Foreign-currency accounts are shown separately below. Bank module
Today's collections Cash collections entered today + incoming transfer/EFT receipts. Transfers between own accounts and bank slips are not counted. The at least badge: if all of the last 200 receipts are from today, the real total may be higher. Receipts (cash/bank)
Overdue work Open orders past their delivery date + open or in-production work orders past their due date. Orders / Production

The vs yesterday arrow appears only if this device saw yesterday's value earlier; otherwise it is not shown at all (no made-up comparison).

An indicator box can report one of three states:

🚦 Attention — the day's alerts

The Attention section shows at most 5 alerts of the day, and at most 2 from the same source. Colour says only three things: red means act, yellow means watch, green means on target. Tapping a row opens the related card or screen full page. If a source cannot be read, the note "N sources could not be read; the list may be incomplete." appears below.

Sources of alerts:

The Queued section holds pending approval requests (an administrator answers with a single tap on Approve or ✕ Reject) and your reminders that are due. The Recent records section shows the last 6 cards you opened from Pulse (account, stock, document, work order) and open record windows.

The Morning summary card (visible to users with the Owner Dashboard permission once a summary has been sent) shows up to 5 lines that need attention from today's summary, or from the last one sent. The summary lines are: yesterday's sales, yesterday's collections, cash and bank, amounts due today, overdue orders, critical stock, late orders, pending approvals and yesterday's anomalies; See the full summary opens the Notification and Approval Center. The line "N decisions are waiting in the approval inbox" gathers the pending approvals of all modules in a single inbox; the number older than 24 hours is shown too. Details: Notification and Approval Center › Approval inbox and Morning summary.

Data is cached for 60 seconds. The Refresh link, or pulling the screen down and letting go (Pull to refresh → Release to refresh), reloads it.

2b. The Records screen — "Find this"

2c. The Me screen — "What is waiting on me?"

3. The "+" button — quick actions

The + button shows at most 6 actions depending on your role. An action you have no permission for does not appear; the next one takes its place. The role is derived from the permissions the server grants: administrator; a user with order, quotation or CRM permission → sales; a user with production permission only → production.

Role Actions (in order)
Administrator Take a collection · New order · New quotation · Stock count and QR code · Approve · Send message
Sales Take a collection · New order · New quotation · Visit note · Customer cards · Send message
Production Enter confirmed quantity · Work orders · Stock count and QR code · Machines and downtime · Quality record · (Approve for an administrator, otherwise Send message)
⚠ Short actions write REAL records

Short actions finish in the sheet that slides up and create a real record, not a draft. Long actions (order, quotation, stock count, work orders, machines, quality, message) open the related screen full page.

Take a collection

Select the account (search by name, code or tax number) → enter the amount → choose Cash (a cash collection receipt into the selected cash account) or Bank transfer / EFT (an incoming transfer receipt into the selected bank account) → Save. This is the same record as the Receipt entry screen: the same permission bits, the same numbering ledger and a request ID against double submission. The Cheque option opens the Cheque / Credit card entry screen. Linking to an invoice is not in this short form — use Receipt entry if you need it.

Approve and Visit note

Enter confirmed quantity

Select an open or in-production work order → enter the Quantity produced → Confirm. A dry-run check runs first: if the confirmation hits a gate (overrun, negative stock, quality, lot…) NO record is written, the gates are listed and you continue with approval via Open in production screen. Confirmations that would start a long sub-production chain are also sent to the production screen.

Dragging the sheet's handle up makes it full height, dragging it down closes it; tapping the empty area or pressing Esc also closes the sheet.
